I find the best way to get creative with recipes is to take away the limitless possibility that weighs me down and restrict what I can cook with. Less is more. Lately I have been interested in cutting down on bread.
today I friend up bananas, toped with peanut butter and greek youghut, and on the other half of the plate I fried eggs, cherrie tomatos topped with chilli sauce. This was quick and easy to prepare. I would like to contiue with this bread restricted diet and see what possibilies open up
