I had a long think about why I was stressed. I have a nice life, I have friends, a partner and a nice home to come home to but for some reason lately I have been overwhelmend by stress. And after a long search of different causes I think that I am a Highly sensitive person.
Solution? No internet at home, wear earplugs when I study at uni. I think by removing these destractions at home and at university I will be able to relax and be the happy person I usually am.
